Coronation Street spoilers: Carla Connor’s revenge costs Alya Nazir thousands as she steps up her plan to get Underworld back
The former factory boss will stop at nothing to get the family business back in the family
CARLA Connor is like a dog with a bone in Coronation Street next week as she refuses to give up in her mission to get Underworld back to the Connor family.
As fans of the ITV soap know the knicker factory is currently being headed up by Alya Nazir after Aidan Connor left his share of the business to her before he tragically took his own life.
But when Carla, played by Corrie legend Alison King, signed her shares of the business over to Aidan after he donated a kidney to her, it meant that Alya become the sole owner of the company.
Since Alya, Sair Khan, took the reigns, Carla has become determined to get the factory back in the family and signed up machinist Beth Tinker to help her sabotage Alya.
And it looks like her scheme is paying off when Alya celebrates getting a huge order finished in time.
But her celebratory mood is cut short when she realises she’s actually made 3000 pairs of pants too many, costing the business a small fortune.

She’s livid and is certain that Carla is somehow behind it, but when she confronts the former factory boss, Carla denies all knowledge.
Carla then spots an opportunity when Peter Barlow intervenes and she’s soon pouring her heart out to her ex-husband about how much the factory means to the Connors.
We recently revealed that Peter will step in to help out his stunning ex by using money from the sale of the Rovers Return to buy Alya out and give Carla back the factory.
Could this also mean that a romantic reunion for the couple who previously wed in 2013 could be on the cards?
