Kym Marsh’s hunky new Army major lover Scott Ratcliff is a toyboy 12 years her junior and pal of Antony Cotton

KYM Marsh’s hunky new Army lover is 12 years her junior and was introduced by Corrie co-star Antony Cotton.
The actress has been dating strapping Major Scott Ratcliff for several weeks after Antony, who works tirelessly for Armed Forces charities, got them together.
They spent Kym’s 42nd birthday two weeks ago together holed up in swanky Hotel Gotham in Manchester hotel drinking Champagne.
Scott, who is from Scotland, trained at Sandhurst Military Academy and has been in the elite 3 Para for almost a decade.
He is a keen fundraiser for military good causes and once raised thousands for injured soldiers by completing the Great North Run in under two hours in full kit and a backpack weighing 40kg.
Kym confessed this week: “Both Scott and I were recently single – him some time before I was.
“He’s a good friend of Antony Cotton, who introduced us knowing we’d get on well, which turned out to be true.”
Kym first opened up about her new romance in OK! Magazine.
She said: "It is true is that I’ve started seeing someone new in recent weeks. His name is Scott Ratcliff and he’s a major in the Parachute Regiment, and he lives and works away quite a lot."
Sources close to the star say the new couple aren't rushing into anything.
They told : "Kym has been seeing Scott but they're both taking things slowly.
"They've been on a few dates over the last few weeks, and they're still getting to know each other, but you know they're taking it as it comes.
"Kym split from Matt around three and a bit months ago, but she only recently started seeing Scott."
The Sun exclusively revealed that Kym split from Matt Baker in April.

A pal told The Sun: “They wanted this to work out and have spent weeks trying to work through the issues but, sadly, it just wasn’t to be.
“In the end, they both agreed it was for the best that they go their separate ways despite buying a house together so recently.”
