Despite her self-proclamations of being shy, the blonde bombshell was certainly not camera shy in these pictures.

Lying around in nothing but a peeled down red lacy body and cross round her neck, the reality TV star bared her chest for all to see.

Muggy Megan - as she's not so affectionately known - looked ravishing as she reclined back on a rustic green chair looking into the distance.

An unearthed snap of the villa villain has been circulating online - and it's a far cry from the glam persona viewers have come to know.

The jaw-dropping throwback picture shows Megan looking completely unrecognisable with long, dark blonde hair and oversized reading glasses.

The former stripper looked dramatically different from the confident babe strutting her stuff in a bikini and breaking up couples.

Fans of the show have been sharing the image of Megan following tonight's show - with some pretty cruel comparisons to Harry Potter's Moaning Myrtle and Toula in My Big Fat Greek Wedding.

It comes after a celebrity surgeon this week claimed the reality TV star has spent thousands of pounds on several cosmetic procedures, including breast enlargement, jaw surgery and a bum lift.

Megan's former co-worker this week claimed the ex-stripper Megan is "addicted to surgery."

Speaking to Megan's former colleague at Southend's Sunset Strip Club said: "I think Megan is addicted to surgery, she's had so much work done.

"It does get addictive, especially when you start at such a young age."

Megan earned herself the name Muggy Megan after splitting up Wes Nelson and Laura Anderson in the Love Island villa.

Last night she flirted with the idea of getting back with Wes - despite leaving him single when she coupled up with Alex Miller while he was in Casa Amor.

And it looks like things are going to get even more complicated tonight when Megan and Wes share a kiss.
