Samira QUITS Love Island to follow her heart after Frankie was dumped from the villa
SAMIRA Mighty has quit Love Island, The Sun can exclusively reveal.
The Islander, 22, was left devastated this week after her partner Frankie Foster was booted off the show and has decided to follow her heart by leaving the villa.
She also opened up in the Beach Hut saying: "This decision is so hard. I'm devastated by it.
"But I think that it is the right thing to do. Just follow my heart because I've never done that before I've always taken the back seat and now I need to go for it head on and leave and just go for Frankie.
"I've got to go with my gut feeling. And I'm not saying I'm in love with Frankie or we're going to get married tomorrow but I don't want to waste any time.
"I just want to see him and I know this is the right thing to do."
Samira had a difficult journey in the villa after failing to find love with a number of islanders but finally found happiness with Frankie.
The dancer was left heartbroken after he was voted least popular by viewers last week and was given the boot from the series.
She admitted to wanting to try and enjoy the rest of her experience on the show but that it was too hard being surrounded by loved-up couples when her man was nowhere to be seen.
In last night’s show we saw Samira looking at old photos of her and Frankie on her phone and later not being able to sleep.
