When does Inventing the Impossible: The Big Life Fix start on BBC Two?

Inventing the Impossible: The Big Life Fix premiered at 8pm on Thursday, July 26.

The fourth episode airs tonight (August 16) and goes up against the European Championships 2018 on BBC One, Emmerdale on ITV and George Clarke's Old House, New Home on Channel 4.

Each episode of the four-part series is one-hour long.

The first series aired in February 2017 and they also had a Children In Need special in October.

Who is Simon Reeve?

Simon Reeve was born on 21st July 1972 and is a British TV presenter and author.

The 45-year-old has presented a host of programmes including Meet The Stans, House Of Saud, Tropic of Capricorn and Russia with Simon Reeve.

The star is also a New York Times' best-selling author, having written The New Jackals, One Day in September and Tropic of Capricorn.

Simon was awarded the One World Broadcasting Trust Award as well as the Royal Geographical Society's Ness Award in 2012.

He's married to camerawoman Anya with whom he shares son Jake.

What's the series about?

The programme revolves around inventors creating ingenious solutions to daily problems faced by people in need.

In the new series, they help a trainee hairdresser with a deformed hand that has prevented him from graduating hairdressing academy.

They also meet a young man who has a condition requiring him to avoid sunlight.

Watch as the inventors come up with quirky and innovative ways to overcome the problem.
