The former glamour girl was struck down with a nasty infection after her latest operation earlier this year
KATIE Price screamed in pain as her ex Kieran Hayer cleaned the pus-filled wounds left over from her last face lift.
The former glamour girl, 40, had the surgery in March and filmed the aftermath for her new reality show.
She flew to Belgium to have another operation after claiming a surgeon "f***** up her face" the previous September.
After the op, Katie declared she was finally happy with her new face, but she was later struck down with a painful infection in the skin behind her ears.
In footage filmed for her new TV show, Katie Price: My Crazy Life, her ex Kieran is seen cleaning the stitches.
The wounds are oozing green pus and bleeding, and he says: "Oh that's rank, look at all that c*** behind there."
The mum-of-five says: "Is it bleeding?... It's not good is it? It's infected," before yelling out in pain.
She makes Kieran take a picture and she can't believe her eyes when he hands her the phone.
Katie later reveals she forgot to take the antibiotics she was prescribed by her surgeon.
She said: "Every time you have surgery they say to take antibiotics just in case you get an infection, and I'm like everyone else...
"You get to the third day, you think I'm alright now."
Kieran adds: "When it comes to husbandly duties...
"Even cleaning the puss and the mess from behind your wife's ear after her latest face lift, it exceeds anything I think I've ever known."
