Spice Girls down to just four members for their reunion tour next year as Victoria Beckham rules herself out

SPICE GIRLS fans (me included) thought all our dreams had been answered ­earlier this year when the girl group reunited, with all five members.

But today I have some good and bad news for lovers of Scary, Baby, Sporty, Ginger and Posh.

The ­legendary band will tour next year.

But they are down to four ­members, with Victoria Beckham categorically ruling herself out ­of performing.

Mel B has been particularly aggressive in pursuing a money-spinning series of international performances – partly as an answer to her cash woes because of her divorce from Stephen Belafonte.

This week on Loose Women she said the band are “definitely getting back together” but added: “There’s one that’s been a bit difficult.

“But I’m ­hoping she’s going to get roped in.”

Spice insiders confirmed to me that she was referring to Victoria – and sources close to Posh now say she has told her ­fellow Spices she will not change her mind under any circumstances.

So while they are all on board for TV projects spearheaded by manager Simon Fuller, the chances of seeing VB in her famous catsuit are nil.
