Lauren Goodger’s fans seething after fake tan business ‘fails to send orders’ for months
The star has been blasted for ignoring emails and failing to send out orders
LAUREN Goodger's tanning brand has come under fire from fans who claim they have "failed to receive orders" months after ordering.
The former Towie star launched her fake tan range last summer, though it seems she has now shut down the business without informing those who have purchased goods that may never be delivered.
Buyers have been forced to vent their frustrations on Instagram after claiming their emails have been ignored.
Some claim they have been sent invalid DHL tracking numbers, despite being told their order was successful by the brand, while others claim their general enquiries have been ignored for months.
Many also spotted that the Lauren's Gold Shopify website was "currently unavailable", while the last post shared on their Instagram page dates back over three months to April 25.
While all signs suggest the business is defunct, Lauren still lists herself as the "proud owner of tanning and beauty range @laurens_gold" on her active Twitter account.
"I have attempted to contact your company as I have been given an invalid tracking # DHL has never received a package for me from your company and my emails to your company do not go through," one concerned buyer commented on the brand's Instagram page.
"Social media is also either been taken down or IG is unmonitored no reply to my comments or DMs no telephone # and I log into your website states my order was fulfilled which is not accurate I'm never received my order ? Could I please get a response??"
Another raged: "Absolute disgraceful way to run a business as soon as I find a compatible solution similar your gonna be dropped like a ton of bricks.
"How rude and ignorant to no reply to your customers. And to run out of dilution as a supplier is bad management too. Absolute joke."

"Also a business with no contact tel number. That just goes to show your lack of communication and interest of your customers," a third seethed.
Lauren's Gold is her second tanning venture, following her now-closed Lauren's Way tan.
The Sun has contacted Lauren's representative for comment.
