LOVE Island viewers are convinced Dr Alex George just admitted to being a virgin at the Reunion.

The former A&E doctor was left blushing when show voiceover comic Iain Stirling ribbed him after he said he had never done the doggy style sexual position, despite claiming to have had a threesome.

Viewers took to social media to question Alex's story.

One wrote: "Has Alex just admitted to being a virgin ! #LoveIslandReunion"

A second said: "HOW has Alex never done doggy but man claims to have had a f***ing threesome? Stop lying, you absolute virgin #LoveIsland"

Another added: "Watching @LoveIsland the reunion and Alex just said he’s never ever done doggy style , He must be joking right? #LoveIslandReunion"

Iain seemed confused by his answer

Fans couldn't also help but notice that Alex looked completely different on the show.

The 27-year-old, who swapped working in A&E for life in the villa, was mocked online for being unable to tan despite spending two months in the hot Spanish sun.

But after leaving the villa revealed that he suffers from a skin condition that caused the excessive redness and lack of a tan.

Alex said: "There have been a lot of jokes about it, but I do take sunburn very seriously.

"I have a skin condition unfortunately and take medication, which makes my skin sensitive to the sun.
"So even though I had been lathering up with factor 50 I did come up a bit pink.

"It is so important to protect yourself in the sun, it's just unfortunate my skin condition means I did burn a bit."

He added: "A lot of it was in the cameras."
