STRICTLY Come Dancing hopeful Vick Hope has dodged the show's famous curse by dumping her longterm boyfriend before the series starts.
The Capital FM host is going to be starting the season newly-single after ending her four-year relationship with actor Tom Rosenthal.
Vick, 28, is one of the stars who will be taking to the dancefloor for the 2018 installment of the hit talent show.
It has now been revealed she's just come out of a long relationship after suffering a “quarter-life crisis”.
She told : "I’ve just broken up with my boyfriend of four-and-a-half years because I was thinking, ‘Is this right?
"Is this who I’m going to be with for the rest of my life?
"If I’m not 100% sure about that, then maybe I should get out’.”
The Sun previously revealed BBC bosses are struggling to attract talent for the new series as so many stars are put off by the curse, which has ruined many marriages over the years.
Strictly chiefs have been scrambling to attract A-listers but they've also banned reality stars for the 16th series this autumn.
