Who is Kacey Ainsworth?
Kacey, 49, was born October 19, 1968, and is an English actress.
She is best known for playing the long-suffering Little Mo on EastEnders from 2000 until 2006.
This role saw her win the 2002 National Television Award for Most Popular Actress and she twice won the British Soap Award for Best Actress (2002–03).
Her biggest storyline involved her abusive husband Trevor Morgan, played by Alex Ferns.
Kacey has also been a regular panellist on Loose Women since 2017.
