Celebrity Big Brother fans baffled as Roxanne Pallett slaps boobs and uses spit to wash stain off her top during live launch

CELEBRITY Big Brother fans were stunned as Roxanne Pallett slapped her boobs and licked a stain off her top during tonight’s live launch.

Viewers claimed her top was immaculate so couldn’t work out why she was manically cleaning herself before meeting her housemates.

As the 36-year-old spoke to Emma, Roxanne admitted she was worried fans would think she was going to be an “irritating housemate”.

However, as Emma Willis reassured her, the former Emmerdale actress appeared to find her confidence and walked up the steps and into the compound.

But once she was inside, Roxanne stopped to check her appearance and started slapping her chest.

She appeared to have found a stain on her top but fans couldn’t see it and claimed she was acting strangely.

It only got more baffling when Roxanne started licking her fingers and daubing at her breasts.

One fan tweeted: “Can someone please give Roxanne a lint roller - I’m scared she’ll run out of spit!”

Another wrote: “Bloody hell Roxanne a bit dramatic there!”

While a third said: “Roxanne knows we can see her right???”

Tonight’s live launch will see 12 big name stars enter the completely refurbished house.

Bosses chose a Love Island themed décor for the pad, complete a luxurious hot tub, pool and funky bar.

This series has been the most costly ever – with the big name stars commanding fees that total £2.3million.

Roxanne signed a deal worth £750,000 along with Stormy who signed on the dotted line for the same figure.

The series will last for a total of three weeks, with Emma Willis hosting the show tonight and throughout the live evictions.

Rylan Clark-Neal is back hosting Big Brother’s Bit On The Side which will air straight after the main show ends.

The future of the hit show remains in doubt as bosses try and work out whether to continue the pricey franchise or end on a high note.

For now, they’re throwing money at celebrities in a bid to inject life into the format which some fans have branded “tired”.

As well as given the house an overhaul, earlier this week The Sun Online exclusively revealed how bosses had ditched the show’s cameramen and replaced them with robots.

The Microsoft Azure Media Analytics system recognises facial expressions, language and keywords to effectively pin point dramatic moments – meaning producers don’t have to pour over hours of footage to pull out the best bits

Following the launch tonight, Celebrity Big Brother continues every night, bar Saturdays, at 9pm on Channel 5.
