Love Island’s Chloe Crowhurst shows off dramatic weight loss after 30 day diet and exercise plan
LOVE Island's Chloe Crowhurst has showed off her amazing weight loss on Instagram.
The reality star posted a before and after picture of her in a bikini with the explanation: "30 day result".
Chloe, 23, shared an image of her wearing a black two-piece and another snap of her looking noticeably more trim, side by side.
She captioned the picture: "So happy with my 30 day result.
"Most of you know I’ve changed my lifestyle to be a bit more healthier and drop some body fat.
"So over the last 30 days I made some really simple changes.
"The one thing I feel the most is energy, because this plan isn’t a crash diet I felt so good the whole time. Did I cheat? Yes!
"I ate out, I went for drinks etc but I wasn’t as bad as I used to be.
"I’m so happy with this plan and I’m going to continue to to achieve even better results!"

The Essex girl appeared on Love Island last year and worked as an executive assistant before her stint on the show.
However Chloe was kicked off a couple of weeks into the series during a shock double eviction alongside her "partner" Sam Gowland.
During her time on the show, drama arose as season one Islander turned Towie star Jon Clark claimed she had dumped him to appear on the series.
It comes after Chloe accused Jon of cheating on her throughout their relationship, claiming he slept with 15 women in a series of damning tweets.
Chloe first posted a cryptic tweet to fans that read: "I love you, he says whilst shagging another bird," followed by a laughing cry emoji.
