James Argent pictured looking downcast at Gemma Collins’ Essex home before checking into rehab
JAMES Arg Argent has been spotted looking glum at Gemma Collins' home before he checked into rehab for the second time.
The troubled TOWIE star appeared pensive as he left the properly wearing his moped helmet.
Wearing grey shorts and a Nike tracksuit top he then drove off looking upset.
The images come very shorty after Arg, 30, revealed he is planning to return to rehab to improve his mental and physical well-being.
He told Digital Spy: "It's not been an easy time but I'm happy to be back in a programme that gives me the ongoing support I need,"
"I'm thankful for the incredible support I have received from my family, close friends and colleagues."
A show spokesman confirmed: "James is taking a break from TOWIE to give himself the space and time to concentrate on his well-being.
"We remain in contact and very much support the positive steps he is taking."
And a source told The Sun Online: “He has been attending regular therapy and secondary care at an outpatient treatment facility in London.
“James told his family and friends he wouldn’t be starting filming with this series of Towie.
““He’s being supported by the show’s producers who have agreed he needs to take time out to focus on himself.”
Meanwhile in scenes from Gemma's new show Diva Espana she can be seen sobbing as she dumps Arg.
During the show, she flies out to Marbella to be with him but the romance soon starts to crumble.
As their relationship reaches breaking point, Arg asks her to move out of the villa they are sharing because he wants to be alone.
He said: "I'm gonna take a bit of time for myself. I'm sorry... I love you so much, I've gotta get myself sorted.
"I'm really struggling now myself. I don't know if this is right."
