CASEY Batchelor today showed off incredible weight loss, just three months after giving birth.
The Celebrity Big Brother star welcomed her first child - daughter Florence - in May with boyfriend Dane Goodson.
The new mum shared before and after pictures after sticking to a diet.
She wrote next to the pictures: "So guys I wanted to share this with you as I’m so thrilled to say that I’ve lost a stone in a month doing my yoga and being good with my diet.
"Not back to my old bod yet but getting there #weightlossjourney #beforeandafter"
Her fans were quick to praise her, one said: "Amazing progress, you rock."
While this one commented: "Wow that’s incredible well done."
Another posted this: "Well done that’s brilliant."
Over the last few months the 33-year-old has given her fans frank and honest updates of her life as a new mum, including her thoughts on her post-baby body.
Taking to Instagram in July, Casey shared a side-by-side picture of herself wearing purple exercise leggings and a black Adidas sports bra.
In one, her waist looked trim and her tummy flat, while in the second - as she held her sleeping daughter - Casey revealed what she really looks like in profile.
She wrote underneath it: "Instagram VS Real Life. Don’t always believe what you see in pictures because 9/10 that isn’t real life!
"Yes I’m still carrying a lot of extra weight and am clearly not one of those lucky people who can snap back into shape easily!
"All I know is that most of my days consists of a messy bun, baby sick on my shoulder, dirty nappies and sterilising bottles on minimum sleep, but I wouldn’t change it for the world because that’s real life my lovelies #instagramvsreality #reallife #mumlife."
Casey revealed the first pic of her newborn baby on Thursday May 31 - a few days after her baby was born.
In the post which showed her baby's tiny hand she wrote, "I haven't been on social media as I've been slightly busy the past few days.
"We have finally welcomed our beautiful baby."
