LISA Armstrong reveals she's relieved to escape "stress and drama" by throwing herself into work on Strictly Come Dancing after her split from Ant McPartlin.
The make-up artist, 41, has returned to the BBC talent show to work behind-the-scenes for the first time since her marriage to the telly favourite, 42, broke down this year.

She has now opened up to about how much she enjoys spending time with her "second family" on the series.
During the chat, Lisa insists she loves being "drama-free" while she's working on the show.
She said: "I'm getting to hang out with new friends and it's like a second family...
"There's no stress or drama... I'm so happy to be there."
It comes after The Sun revealed Lisa is preparing to file for divorce and she's going to name Ant's girlfriend Anne-Marie Corbett in the paperwork.
Lisa had previously alleged that their marriage broke down because he was hooked on prescription pills.
But now she is set to file for divorce on the grounds of Ant’s adultery — after they had broken up — with new love Anne-Marie.
The star separated from Lisa in January and became romantically involved with his personal assistant Anne-Marie in June.
