Who is Dan?
Dan, 28, is a former estate agent from London.
He describes himself as ambitious, honest, impatient, caring and loyal.
The singleton is currently looking for someone to settle down with.
He is used to spending lots of time alone with his turtle Fiji so thinks he'll take the isolation in his stride.

Who is Dan playing as on The Circle?
Dan is playing as himself - a natural flirt and charmer.
He hopes that his sales skills and subtle manipulation techniques will help him to win over the other contestants.
On taking part in the show he said: "It’s unique, it’s an extreme situation and it’s a challenge.
"Life can be a bit samey, so I like anything out of the norm. It’ll be an experience if nothing else."

When is The Circle on Channel 4?
The Circle started on September 18, 2018 at 9.15pm on Channel 4.
The show aims to question and shine a light on modern identity, how we portray ourselves and how we communicate through social media.
The contestants live in separate apartments and communicate via social media but never see each other face to face.
Whoever wins will take home a prize of £50,000.

Broadcasters Alice Levine and Maya Jama present the series.
Alice, 32, is a BBC Radio 1 DJ and co-hosts the hit podcast My Dad Wrote A Porno.
She previously presented Big Brother's Bit on the Side with Jamie East.
Maya, 24, has hosted several MTV shows including The Wrap Up and True Love or True Lies.
