Friends Myleene Klass and Carol Vorderman join forces at RAF Marham 28 years since their first meeting

MYLEENE Klass joins forces with Carol Vorderman at an RAF event 18 years after first meeting her as a little girl.

The Brit singer, now 40, took a selfie with the former Countdown star, 57, in uniform yesterday.

Myleene, pictured meeting a 29-year-old Carol for the first time when she was 12, shared the snap on Instagram and wrote: “Love this woman.”

She added: “Have known her for forever...since back in the day when I wanted to be an engineer.

"Today we’re at RAF Marham for something very special......”

They were at the consecration parade for 617 Squadron’s new standard at the Norfolk venue.
