CELEBRITY Masterchef fans want Spencer Matthews to win the series after he made it through to Friday's final with John Partridge and Martin Bayfield.
Paralympian Stef Reid was sent packing after she failed to beat the rugby ace's sensational scotch eggs, John's perfect beef main, or Spencer's superb souffle in the semi-final tonight, and her panna cotta was branded "nasty" by one restaurant critic.
Fans flooded Twitter with positive compliments for Spencer, as one person said: "When you think @SpencerMatthews is a bit of a d**k, then watch Masterchef. Mind totally changed. Spencer to win."
Another viewer raved: "Can’t believe what I’m saying but I really want Spencer Matthews to win Celebrity Masterchef"
And a third agreed, writing: "My opinion of Spencer has changed hugely watching him on Masterchef. Comes across as a genuinely funny, nice bloke and I’m hoping he wins"
Spencer won over fans with his ambitious dishes and modest charm, after the group were faced with two challenges in the semi-final.
The fab four whipped up platters of scones, jams, quiche and macaroons, and presenters John Torode and Gregg Wallace were full of praise for Stef's afternoon tea.
French patissier Eric Lanlard, owner of London ‘cake boutique’ Cake Boy, even admitted that he loved her combination of strawberry and basil cupcakes.
But rugby ace Martin was hailed for his scotch eggs, and Gregg said: "It looks Great, it's interesting, colourful, and I love a good scotch egg.
"The walnut sauce could have been thicker, but the tart is very nice, very crispy.
He added: "Big man, you've done amazingly well, this is great work."
Later, the semi-finalists had to impress food critics Tracey Macleod, Grace Dent, and William Sitwell, with two dishes of their own design.
And Stef's desert was unfortunately a disaster, with her panna cotta being labelled "nasty" by one guest expert.

The highlight of the episode was Spencer's comeback souffle, after he delivered an overcooked venison.
The experts branded the perfectly raised dish "a religious experience".
Later, Gregg declared Spencer's lime and coconut sorbet "out of this world".
The final of Celebrity MasterChef 2018 will air on BBC One on Friday night at 8.30pm
