The actor could be reprising his role of Kyle Pascoe should the drama return

And now he has revealed how he could be strapping his football boots back on to play Kyle Pascoe who was last seen suffering from a nervous breakdown and being dragged away by medics.

But it seems it didn't stick and he could be coming back along with the likes of Tanya Turner.

Actor Gary exclusively told The Sun Online: "It was a fantastic time in my life.

"I was 21-years-old, I was living the dream at the time and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

"There has been loads of talk about it but would I go back? I'd absolutely love to revisit that at some point but who knows what the future brings."

The show originally aired on ITV from January 2002 until April 2006 before it was cancelled over falling ratings.

Fans will remember the final ever scene coming from a comedy sketch that saw many of the main cast blown up, but it was expected to return at the time.

The show followed the fictional Premier League football club Earls Park F.C.

The drama revolved around the club's footballers and more importantly the WAGS and featured a number of controversial storylines including drug abuse, love triangles and murder.

Coronation Street star Ben Price, EastEnders star Zoe Lucker, Gillian Taylforth and Susie Amy all starred in the show.
