STRICTLY Come Dancing's Susannah Constantine became the first celebrity to be kicked off the BBC One show tonight - but viewers were more upset over her dance partner Anton Du Beke's early exit.
The What Not to Wear host, 57, and Anton, 52, found themselves in the dreaded dance off against Lee Ryan and Nadiya Bychkova.
Strictly fans were devastated that the professional, who danced with Ruth Langsford last year, crashed out of the competition in the first cull.
One even begged for a petition to get the star a more experienced celeb next year and said: "petition for Anton to have a slightly competent partner for #Strictly 2019 please"
Another person claimed: "I think strictly come dancing is fixed...how come Anton gets all the old dancers every year"
As another fan begged: "Can I just request that next year the producers give Anton someone who actually has a chance of getting further in the competition!? I love watching him dance and its such a shame to see him go so early"
And one fan raged on Twitter: "I love Anton, can’t imagine Strictly without him, but why is he never given a partner who can dance!"
Susannah, 57, failed to impress judges Craig Revel Horwood, Darcey Bussell and Bruno Tonioli, with her Foxtrot to Frank Sinatra's They Can't Take That Away From Me and they unanimously decided to save Lee, after he danced to Elvis Presley's hit Blue Suede Shoes.
Shirley Ballas said Lee had given the better performance, and speaking to host Tess Daly after the result, Susannah agreed: "Thank you guys, you made the right choice, Lee and Nadiya were brilliant. But Anton is still the king.
“I know it has gone a bit quick, but you know what I just feel so lucky to have had three weeks learning to dance with Anton and to have met all these amazing people."
And Anton added: "It’s just all too brief, I have had the most fabulous time with Susannah, she is going to be a great loss to the show.
"Sadly someone’s got to go but I wish it wasn’t you because you’re wonderful to be with.
"I’m going to miss spending time with you in the studio, we’ve had a great time, we’ve had enormous amounts of fun and you’re wonderful and thank you very much indeed.”

The pair danced the Foxtrot to Frank Sinatra’s They Can’t Take That Away From Me, and Craig - who is known for his acid tongue and his low scores - said: "For me it’s a no brainer and the couple I would like to save is Lee and Nadiya.”
Bruno followed suit and added: “It’s obvious I have to save the overall better couple, and to my eyes Lee and Nadiya were the winners.”
Susannah was favourite to be the first celebrity eliminated after finding herself bottom of the BBC1 show leaderboard after Strictly's first live show last week.
