Heartbreaking reason behind Lauren Goodger’s ‘changing face’ as she can’t find a decent man and friends fear ‘surgery addiction’
LAUREN Goodger’s constantly changing appearance is down to her “crippling insecurities” and “surgery addiction”, claim sources close to the former Towie star.
The 32-year-old, who has had a boob job, rhinoplasty, liposuction and fillers in the past, was forced to deny having further surgery last week when she was pictured with her jawline looking noticeably different.
Now, sources close to the star have revealed the heartbreaking reason she’s constantly evolving – claiming it’s down to a string of failed relationships, which have left her lacking in confidence.
An insider told magazine: “Lauren puts on a front in the public eye but friends know she suffers from crippling insecurities due to what fans have said about her and things her past boyfriends have commented.
"Lauren's said she has surgery to feel better but friends worry she's addicted to the procedures and is now always looking for the latest treatment to get her next fix.”
Lauren is currently single following her split from Joey Morrison, who was recently released from prison.
In the past she claimed he preferred her slimmer, saying: “Joey would have locked me in a room on a treadmill and would feet me water and bloody veg.”
The star also famously dated Mark Wright for ten years, who she claimed also commented on her appearance.
She said: “Mark told me we’d be more successful if I lost weight.”
The insider added to the mag: “A lot of her friends have settled down and have started a family. Instead, Lauren’s turning to surgery as a crutch.
