JERMAINE Pennant has splashed out £10,000 on a getaway to Doha to plan his 'wedding vow renewal' after patching up marriage to Alice Goodwin.
Jermaine and Alice left early this morning from Manchester Airport for the lavish 5 day getaway as the football ace makes amends for his flirty 'banter' with his Celebrity Big Brother co-star Chloe Ayling.
A source told the Sun Online: “Jermaine has surprises in store for Alice including a very special one which will be very emotional for the both of them.
"I think he realises that he has put Alice through the mill and wants to make her feel like a princess.”
The 5 day £10,000 getaway in the beautiful province of Doha will not only be a welcomed break for the Jermaine, 35, and Alice, 32, but filled with surprises for her too, according to the source.
The holiday was to give them time to discuss their plans for their ‘Renewal of Vows,’ with their friends, family and celebrity guests.
The couple tried to check in at Manchester airport under they radar by going to the desk separately.
Jermaine checked in first, and then Alice came in 15 mins later.

Meanwhile Jermaine has been determined to put his CBB drama behind him after apologising to Alice.
