The 60-year-old, who loves to shock, showed no signs of growing old gracefully thanks to her latest antics.
She took Express Yourself to a whole other level as she massaged her 'vibrating sex toy' - the Carbon Facial Roller - on her cheeks, in her latest attention grabbing video.
Her fans were both baffled and stunned by the Vogue singer and took to Instagram to share their disbelief.
One wrote: "Girl what in the face sex toy is this? Lmao."
Another joked: "Oooh I do love a nice pair of black balls Madonna."
A third chimed in: "Happy 60 Year Old."
While a fourth added: "Looks like a personal massager."
The video was to plug her own beauty brand, MDNA Skin.
One of the products that she seems very eager to showcase from the range was the 'skin rejuvenation' device.
On her website, the "all-one-one device that features two specially designed heads, one for removing impurities and the other for infusing the skin with beauty ingredients."
It’s supposed to provide the appearance of a more defined jawline, cheekbones, and eyebrows, with the website claiming it to be "Madonna’s secret weapon of mass seduction."
