KATIE Price has been pictured with ex-lover Kris Boyson after being released by cops following her arrest this morning for alleged drink-driving.
The former glamour model was spotted sitting in the back of a dark 4X4 with her former boyfriend shortly after police revealed they had let her go - but would continue to investigate the crash.
It is thought the star was taken out of a back exit of Plumstead police station before going back to her home in Sussex.
Sources told The Sun Online Katie was taken out in a police van with lights flashing. It is not known where she was taken, but a short while later the 40-year-old was seen in the back of another car with former boyfriend Kris.
The Sun revealed Katie was nicked by cops after her £75k pink Range Rover was found crashed in a bush in Woolwich, South East London, at around 2am.
The star was forced to spend the night in a police cell after being found by officers inside the damaged vehicle and asked to take a breath test.

Price had partied at the 30th birthday bash of her ex-boyfriend Kris Boyson at The Meze restaurant in Bexleyheath in the hours before her arrest.
An eye-witness said Price had rowed with current boyfriend Alex Adderson, 25, and was seeking comfort from Boyson before leaving the venue.
They : "We were having a few drinks when someone said to Kris, 'someone is here to see you'.
"The next thing Katie’s there. She looked a bit worse for wear - I think she just turned up as everyone was quite shocked.
"Kris got up and welcomed her after the shock; I have met her before so she was ok with me. Kris and her walked off for a chat so we left them to it."
Pictures taken today showed the inside of Katie's crashed car with clothes scattered around and crumpled shopping bags.
Boyson was pictured at Plumstead Police Station in South East London this afternoon as he waited for his former partner.
Metropolitan Police confirmed the 40-year-old had been released under investigation a short time later. It is believe she was allowed to leave the station via a back exit.
At around 4pm, a police officer told waiting reporters: "There is no person of interest inside the building anymore. They have left. Thank you."
Pictures have also emerged of the star's battered car after it had been recovered from the scene.
The arrest comes just days after Price decided to take a break from a 28-day rehab stint at The Priory after undergoing treatment for PTSD.
Price's family rallied around her as she was released this afternoon, with her sister Sophie sharing an Instagram post saying 'mental illness is not a personal failure'.
Pictures and video of Boyson's 30th birthday party showed boozy scenes as dozens of pals downed shots inside the venue.
It is understood she was not injured in the crash and did not need medical treatment.
Her fingerprints, mugshot and a DNA saliva sample were taken, as is routine for any suspect arrested over a criminal offence.
Police now have until the early hours of tomorrow morning to decide whether to charge Price.
A Met Police spokesman said: "A 40-year-old woman who was inside the car was arrested on suspicion of drink driving.
"She was taken to a south London police station. She has been released under investigation."
Last month, Kris dumped the star after five months of dating. The couple had hit the headlines for a number of steamy snaps of the couple holidaying together.
The incident comes following a turbulent year for the star, which has already seen her fall foul of the law over driving offences.
In February, the 40-year-old was banned from driving for six months after being clocked doing 60mph on the 50mph A24 in her £75,000 Land Rover.
The Sun on Sunday revealed in July that police had been alerted to pictures of the star driving two weeks before the end of her ban.
Price later confessed on Instagram, explaining she had been driving son Harvey to hospital. She blamed an “emotional rollercoaster” for her decision to drive while banned.
She said at the time: "Been on such an emotional rollercoaster the last 6 months and my head has been all over the place, so much so, that I thought my driving ban was up.
