CHERYL and Liam will both sing their 'break-up songs' on The X Factor in the upcoming months.
The show's bosses have booked the estranged stars as musical guests for the live shows.

It's said that the parents of Bear won't be performing on the same day to avoid any awkward run ins.
Cheryl,35, is expected to perform her new single Love Made Me Do It while her ex Liam,25, will likely sing his smash hit collab with Jonas Blue Polaroid.
A source told "Cheryl is relaunching her music career on the show, and Liam will be trying to get a top hit after his last record, First Time, flopped."
"It will be interesting to see how they both do when given the same platform.
"Both have written about the breakdown of their relationship in their new music, so they could end up singing about their break-ups on the same stage."
The Sun revealed that Chezza will perform her new track on the hit ITV show in November.
A source told us: "Inevitably, all of the big TV shows have been fighting to get Cheryl's first performance as it will be a huge ratings winner."
We revealed that Love Made Me Do It focuses on her painful split from the One Direction singer and her other failed romances.
It comes just two months after her split from Liam, the father of 18-month-old son Bear.
We’re told Cheryl sings about how she is a “sucker” as she “falls in love” with “every f***er” in the expletive-ridden track.

A source said: “It is a very edgy pop-dance track and not a typical song which you would expect from Cheryl.
“She’s not holding back on her feelings and inevitably it will lead to a lot of speculation.”
It’s been nine years since Cheryl released debut single Fight For This Love, which shot to No1, and the change in direction documents her tough time in love.
After divorces from footballer Ashley Cole and Jean- Bernard Fernandez-Versini, and her heartbreaking split from Liam this year, Cheryl is singing less about defiantly fighting for a troubled relationship and more about how she’s been let down.
