BINKY Felstead has put her incredible £900,000 Chelsea home on the market.
The Made In Chelsea star's move comes after her split from the father of her daughter Josh Patterson.
Binky, 28, has listed her swanky two-bedroom flat in the desired postcode.
This comes as the reality starlet prepares to set up a new life with her 16-month tot India following the break-up with JP.
The stunning property boasts a spacious, airy feel to it with white and grey hues creating a crisp, clean aesthetic.
The gorgeous high-ceilinged apartment features light grey units, gleaming white tiles and a Belfast sink.
And her stylish living room which has a statement clock centre stage would not be misplaced from the pages of an interior design mag.
But one of the standout features of Binky's house is what appears to be a glass floor in the hallway, possibly looking down to a cellar.
The see-through floor leads to double doors and out into a small but well maintained garden, complete with rattan furniture.
As for the bedrooms, Binky doesn't appear to be afraid of mixing prints when it comes to her bedding.
The star has clearly loved renovating her home but it hasn't been without its problems.
Back in May, Binky was devastated to discover a storm had caused flood damage to India's nursery and the downstairs area.
Taking to her Instagram Stories upon her return, she filmed the damage in her home, which saw the floor covered in dark black sludge and water.
Highlighting the problem in India's room, she wrote: "Thanks to last night's storm" before tagging in Thames Water.
But Binky didn't give a glimpse into her adorable tot's nursery which was left out of the stunning snaps.
The star's move comes as she's set to return to Made In Chelsea in her first TV appearance since splitting with her baby-daddy Josh.
It's been over a year since Binky left the reality show to focus on motherhood but now she's ready to reprise her role on the hit E4 show.
She previously made a brief cameo on MIC: Ibiza and then landed her own two-part series, Born in Chelsea, which chronicled her life as a new mum, last year before taking a break from reality TV.
And now, Binky will return to the reality stalwart next Monday, October 22, when she attends Louise Thompson and Ryan Libbey's engagement party, according to .
The mother-of-one, who has a clothes lines with In the Style, will toast to the couple alongside series-favourite Jamie Laing, 29.
Binky's return comes following her split from Josh, 15 months after welcoming their first baby together.
Shortly after The Sun revealed the pair had split, Binky confirmed their separation with an emotional post on Twitter.
She said: "We are still a family and India is, and will always be the absolute loght of our lives, however we have realised we are on very different paths at the moment, although we still adore each other, we need to give each other the space to grow."
