Rylan Clark-Neal reveals moment his nipples were ripped off while wearing a gold chain vest on X Factor

RYLAN has revealed the moment his nipples were ripped off while performing live on The X Factor wearing a gold chain vest.

The 30-year-old who was presenting This Morning alongside Amanda Holden today made the confession while discussing fashion faux pas.

Describing how his outfit made him look like a "camp Egyptian", Rylan added: "Everyone used to take the mick about my singing, but what they didn't realise was that I was in pain.

"I lost my nipples that night.

"It ripped off both my nipples.

"I came off stage and it was wet and I thought it was just sweat because of the adrenaline of the live show... but when I looked down it was red.

"There's a lot of children watching and I don't want to scare them."

Amanda joked: "I think it would end my career if I lost mine."

Yesterday Rylan turned 30 and despite having an early rise for This Morning he couldn't help but celebrate on a weeknight.

He told viewers: "I'm a bit tired. It was my birthday yesterday. Thank you to everyone at Big Brother who spoilt me and my husband Dan who surprised me by taking me out last night.

"I've been out on the lash.

"Well, I had a few drinks and had a lovely night, but I am feeling the effects this morning.

"Seeing Amanda's gorgeous face woke me right up."
