THESE are the 'pathetic' bullies who filmed themselves in hysterics as they shouted "fat c***" at Gemma Collins from their car window.
Steven Devenport, 24, and Dan Harbut, 30, howled with laughter as they hurled abuse at the TOWIE star while she sat with friends outside EighTea9 cafe in Brentwood, Essex.
The wannabe comedians, both from Portsmouth, uploaded the video to social media before receiving a backlash online.
Harbut captioned the video: “Essex bound with the furious midget! Gemma Collin’s [sic]… we’re coming for ya!!!”
In the shocking footage, Harbut said: “Steve, shall we go tell Gemma Collins what we think of her?”
After getting a wave from Collins, the grinning pair launched into the foul-mouthed tirade.

Devenport, who claims on his Instagram profile he is a 'model' and 'influencer' who appeared on E4 series Celebs Go Dating, sneered: “Alright you fat c***”.
Dad-of-three Harbut weighed in, shouting: “You’re eating again aren’t you, you fat f****** pig”.
In retaliation to the hurtful comments, she stuck her middle finger in the air – causing both bullies to burst into fits of laughter as they drove off.
Social media users hit out at the 'disgusting' pair after the video was uploaded to YouTube.
Amy Wilkinson said: "Absolutely disgusting way to treat someone."
Catty Lydia Rose wrote on Facebook: "Nobody deserves this in the street while she's minding her own. Pathetic bullies."
Callum Hillier added: "They wonder why many woman have so many insecurities in the way they look and go through extreme lengths to change the way they look just because of some shallow minded disrespectful boys who have nothing better to do than insult a woman on her size."
Representatives for the TOWIE favourite declined to comment on the footage.
But Gemma later shared soap star Adam Thomas' Twitter post about the video - labelling it as 'f***ing horrific'.
Reality star Gemma, 37, grew up in nearby Romford and attended the Sylvia Young Theatre School, where Amy Winehouse and Rita Ora studied.
Collins shot to fame in 2011 after landing a major role on The Only Way Is Essex in the second series.
The reality TV star pictured looking stunning on the red carpet as she attended the Pride of Britain Awards on Monday night.
She has a reported net worth of £2.7million.
