POP star Olly Murs was caught up in another terror scare when his record company HQ was evacuated following a knife attack.
The singer — accused of sparking panic with tweets about “gun shots” during a false alarm last year — fled with hundreds of frightened staff.
Armed police stormed the office block in Kensington, West London, fearing a terror attack was in progress.
But the incident was later confirmed to be a fight between two kitchen workers.
A witness told The Sun: “There was a lot of panic and people were screaming — then Olly Murs appeared in the middle of it all.
“He seems to have a knack of being in the wrong place at the wrong time, but at least he didn’t tweet.”
Last November former X Factor contestant Olly, 34, sent a series of tweets from Selfridges in Oxford Street, central London, believing a gunman was on the loose.
As cops warned people to stay inside, he wrote: “F***, everyone get out of Selfridges now. Gun shots!”
It led to a furious spat online with Piers Morgan, who accused the singer of “stirring extra panic”.
Police later said there was no evidence of shots being fired. But in an interview with The Sun five months after, Olly insisted he did hear gunfire and hinted there had been a cover-up.
He was meeting Sony execs yesterday as the latest drama unfolded in the canteen.
Witnesses saw one man standing over the other. One said: “I thought he was raining down punches on him but then I saw the knife.” Others reported seeing “blood everywhere”.
One of the men was stretchered off with wounds to his buttocks. The other, also injured but not seriously, was taken away in handcuffs.
