Myleene Klass stuns with epic throwback shot on exercise bike wearing pink laced underwear

MYLEENE Klass stunned fans when she re-cycled a jaw dropping photo of herself working up a sweat on an exercise bike wearing just her bra and knickers.

The 40-year-old pop star and radio hostess might be in trouble if any PE teachers are around, however, as the snap also showed her workout while sporting a pair of heels.

Myleene nonetheless looked stunning as she pedalled away in her light pink underwear.

The Hear’Say legend made sure she coordinated everything as she wore similar coloured heels – and had her water in a light pink reusable cup.

Mum-of-two Myleene is quite the fitness fanatic - and often posts images of herself in swimwear via social media which shows off her incredible physique.

Over the summer, the TV star showcased a range of swimwear options as she has hit the waves in bikinis and one-piece costumes.

She has also been working out hard in the sunshine, and relaxing on yachts.

Earlier this year, Myleene launched her own workout programme – sharing tips, exercises and advise for other busy mothers wanting to keep in shape.

“This is a little bit of work, there's no doubt about it. But it is maintainable... it's small changes but you're getting big results,” she tells fans in a video published on YouTube showing her working out.

Her website – mybodybymyleene.com – offers a range of exercised for those looking to keep in shape.

Explaining why she opted to choose 2018 as the time to share her fitness tips, Myleene says it is all down to wanting to maintain her physique for her children.

“I have had 2 children and I know how making time for yourself is hard enough, let alone finding the time to workout. That’s why it was important to me that this programme can be built around the lives of Mums and busy women,” she says.

“Instead of creating a complete lifestyle change, me and my team of experts have built something that consists of small, manageable changes that will, inevitably, lead to results,” she adds.
