The couple were enjoying a lively date night at London's top steak restaurant STK when he grabbed a handful on Saturday.
He was larking around recording an Instagram video of the beauty dancing when he grabbed a handful for himself - before the pair fell about laughing.
Kaz looked stunning in a tight grey t-shirt which revealed a hint of her belly.
Josh was clearly impressed as he got to grips with her, too.
Josh and Kaz shot to fame on Love Island last summer.
Josh was first paired up with Georgia Steel, and they seemed to be getting closer until the boys were sent to Casa Amor.
There, Josh met Kaz and instantly fell for her.
He dumped Georgia and has been with Kaz ever since.

The couple are now boyfriend and girlfriend and have even declared their love for each other.
Since leaving the house the Sun Online revealed Josh won a lucrative as a face of clothes range for online, alongside housemate Wes Nelson.
The news of their "big money deal" came after the pair hinted at a "top secret" project on their Instagram pages.
A source exclusively told us: "Josh and Wes have signed a big money deal to be the faces of - it's a huge deal and they're really excited about it.
"It's such a great opportunity - they've always been huge fans of the brand and are thrilled to be able to work with them - and get free clothes."
