EXTRA Camp presenter Scarlett Moffatt has refused to have therapy and admitted that she turned to self help books to help her deal with body-shaming online trolls.
The former Queen of the Jungle, 28, who won the crown in 2016, has suffered from anxiety and panic attacks since she was 12 years old.

Opening up about how she deals with her anxiety, Scarlett said: "I've read so many books. They've really helped.
"The Alchemist is really good. F**k My Anxiety is a good one. Anything by Matt Haig and The Nervous Planet is a good one.
"I've not had any therapy, I talk to my mum about it."
Scarlett earlier revealed she will miss pal host Ant McPartlin on I'm A Celeb this year, but has celebrated Holly Willoughby bringing girl power to the show.
It comes after Ant, 42, is taking time out of the spotlight to recover from his alcohol and prescription drug problems.
She said of his replacement Holly Willoughby: "I'm all for girl power, it's nice to get a bit of oestrogen to balance out the testosterone."
