SPICE Girl Mel B and her ex-husband Stephen Belafonte have agreed to stay away from their step-children under a new custody deal.
Movie producer Belafonte, 43, had been gunning to get custody of Mel’s 11-year-old daughter Angel, who she had with film star Eddie Murphy.
But court documents now state that Mel will keep 200 yards away from Belafonte and his daughter from a previous relationship, Giselle.
In return, he will keep him 200 yards away from Mel and Angel.
Mel and Belafonte must also split the gym equipment they stored at the marital residence, but she will keep her studio equipment.
The singer also secured a “video game console labeled Spice Girls”, the documents state.
Mel will pay Belafonte £3,900 per month in child support for the ex-couple’s daughter, seven-year-old Madison.

The star will also pay Belafonte £275,000 in lawyers’ fees.
Both parents – who have fought an increasing bitter divorce and custody battle - have also agreed not to badmouth each other in front of the children.
The documents were filed last week in Los Angeles, which could mean the couple is close to a final settlement and judgment.
