Denise Welch, 60, shows off her bikini body after two stone weight loss on festive break in Barbados
DENISE Welch proudly showed off her bikini body as she hit the beach in Barbados yesterday.
The Loose Women star, 60, is enjoying some winter sunshine before kicking off the Christmas festivities back home in the UK later this month.
The star was pictured topping up her tan in a flattering floral bikini following her two stone weight loss.
When she wasn't relaxing on her sun lounger, the mum of The 1975's Matty Healy could be seen enjoying a dip in the ocean.
Denise previously told fans she that her days of bikini-wearing will run right through to her nineties - especially after shedding the pounds earlier this year.
She enthused: "I’m a complete advocate for encouraging people to celebrate their bodies.
";As long as I look after myself, I’ll be parading around in a bikini until I’m 97 – sorry folks!”
Denise recently revealed she will spend Christmas with ex husband Tim Healy, his new wife Jo, and her boyfriend Lincoln Townley when she returns home from her winter break.
The former Coronation Street star, 60, told The Mirror: "At Chez Welch this Christmas, I'll have two blokes cooking for me.
"While they're doing that, I'll be having a glass of Shloer and relaxing with Tim's wife Jo, my kids, and my sister Debbie and her three foster children."
It's not the first time they have spent the festive season together - they were together last year too when Denise only had one day off panto.
