TARA Reid wore a very revealing sequinned dress on the red carpet in LA.
The American Pie actress looked every inch the Hollywood siren in the black sparkly number.
Tara, 43, pulled out all the stops as she dazzled on the red carpet at Amare magazine's Second Year Anniversary.
The Sharknado star made sure all eyes were on her as she attended the glitzy event at Sofitel Los Angeles.
She rocked a floor length black sequinned number with cut-out sides to show off her petite figure.
To finish of the look she opted for a smokey eye and bold red lips and wore her hair in a half-up-half down 'do.
Tara was all smiles despite recent reports that she had sued the producers of Sharknado for $100million for using her image without her consent.
The actress played April Wexler in each of the six films of the franchise.
mag reported that the actress objected to her image being used on slot machines without her permission.
According to legal documents quoted by the publication, it is claimed producers: "Wrongfully licensed the rights to use Tara Reid’s likeness (which they do not own) to manufacturers of slot machines, gambling products and beer makers.
"Who in turn have marketed their products with her likeness, and continue to wrongfully trade and profit therefrom."
Tara has accused Asylum Entertainment and SYFY Media Productions of 'false endorsement' and 'misappropriation of likeness' and is seeking substantial damages as well as an injunction banning her likeness to be used on slot machines ever again.
Last month Tara sparked concern over her thin physique on a night out with her boyfriend.
The actress looked slim in a backless top as she enjoyed date night with her tech entrepreneur boyfriend Ted Dhanik.
But the 43-year-old has always insisted that she's just naturally skinny.

She told : "I don't fluctuate. This is just who I am, this is my natural weight and people need to leave me alone.
"I am not anorexic. I have never been anorexic and I don't have an eating disorder. I am just thin. People are overweight and we don't attack them every time they go out.
"People have been calling me painfully thin for years. I can take one of the Halloween costumes I wore last year and put it on this year."
In the mid-2000s, Tara suffered two botched plastic surgery procedures - breast implants and a body contouring procedure.
She later said she'd asked the surgeon for B cups, but he gave her Cs, and told US mag Us Weekly: "My stomach became the most ripply, bulgy thing. I had a hernia, this huge bump next to my belly button.
"As a result, I couldn't wear a bikini. I lost a lot of work."
She has since had corrective surgery and is regularly photographed with her midriff on display.
