Cops arrived and removed a man who is believed to be "well known" to the 2013 The Apprentice winner.
Leah had been at the bash with her unnamed fiance, the paper said.
A source said: “Poor Leah was assaulted and injured and left sore and very shocked. She conducted herself with dignity throughout.
"It was dreadful for the newly married couple to have anything like that happen on their wedding day.”
The entrepreneur, who charmed Lord Alan Sugar with her idea for Botox surgeries, was believed to have spent Christmas Day with family after her ordeal.
A source said: “Leah is a fantastic young woman, a true friend, a talented and compassionate professional and a brilliant example to other women.
“No woman should experience what she did but she’ll come through this. We feel very proud of her and support her fully.”
Leah's reps refused to comment when contacted by Sun Online.
It comes on the same day we reported that another ex Apprentice star was left almost blind with shattered cheekbones after being punched in the face for her phone during a brutal mugging.
Elle Stevenson, 25, who appeared in series 11 of the show, was attacked by the fiend after a night out with a pal in central London.
The 25-year-old lost her mobile phone and was left covered in blood after the savage robbery on December 16 at Charing Cross station.
She also needed plastic surgery for her broken cheekbones and is being monitored hourly by medics in hospital because of the head injury she suffered.
Earlier this year, Dr Leah broke hearts when she revealed she was engaged, though her love's identity remains unknown.
Leah was congratulated by fans and fellow ex-candidate Luisa Zissman after she posted a photo of her huge diamond ring on social media.
She gushed: "My fiancé is the most amazing man on the planet, I am beyond grateful to have him in my life and so excited to become his wife!"
