Party-loving Blue singer Lee Ryan disappears from Aladdin panto during interval

BLUE singer Lee Ryan has crashed out of panto — after a hard-partying December.
Lee, 35, was playing the title role in Aladdin but did a disappearing act during the interval on Friday.
He was spotted in a nearby pub — where he has been a regular during the run — and has missed all the shows since.
His departure comes two weeks after he admitted partying too hard at the Strictly Come Dancing finale bash — having said he had quit booze at the start of the series.
There are fears he will now miss the rest of the show’s booked slots at New Wimbledon Theatre in South West London, co-starring comic Paul Merton as Widow Twankey.
Locals at the Wetherspoons pub opposite the panto theatre described Lee as a “regular”.
A barman said: “Lee comes in quite regularly. He’s usually OK and is generally a nice guy. I think he lives around here.”
One theatre-goer said Lee seemed off-key on Friday night.
He said: “Lee really struggled with his singing. Paul Merton ad-libbed a joke about Blue and you could tell Lee got prickly.
“After the interval there was an announcement that his understudy would be taking over.”

Lee — who went into rehab in 2014 — was due to perform until January 6.
Last night his agent said: “He’s got a chest infection, which affects his voice.”
Asked if it was strange to go to the pub with a chest infection, he replied: “Well, everyone’s different, aren’t they?”
