Drake unfollows Kim Kardashian on Instagram after Kanye warned him not to in expletive filled rant
DRAKE has stopped following Kim Kardashian on Instagram after her husband Kanye West hit out at the singer.
Canadian musician Drake, 32, was once a close friend of the Kardashian/Jenner family but US rapper Kanye, 41, took exception to him looking at his reality star wife’s posts on social media.

Kanye discovered Drake followed Keeping Up With the Kardashians star Kim, 38, on Instagram and tweeted a message seemingly aimed at Drake.
He wrote: “Love everyone but don’t follow my f**king wife on Instagram.”
Kanye continued: “Who’s bright idea was it to tell Drake to follow my wife on Instagram? This person is not [Drake’s] friend. I don’t have beef with no one.
“Ima focus on my family and you keep my family out of this wrestling foolishness.”

The star added: “This man tried to use my family’s song to get at me and he been trying to pick a fight since the pool line.
“He dodged me for months when I extended olive branches to talk and then called to threaten me.
“This man followed my wife on Instagram I feel a public apology is in order.
“I had to bring this up because it’s the most f**cked up thing of all and I just saw it this morning.”

He concluded: “Imagine having a problem with somebody and they follow your wife on Instagram.”
It was reported in September last year that Drake, who goes by the name of Champagne Papi online, was following Kim, who is the most followed person on Instagram with 123.5million subscribers to her feed.
Tensions rose between Kim and Drake after an internet conspiracy surfaced, claiming the line “KiKi do you love me?” from his song My Feelings was referring to the businesswoman.
But Kim was quick to shut down any rumours, posting online: “Never happened. End of story.”

However, Drake no longer follows Kim on Instagram and Kanye deleted his rant about the star within an hour, replacing his messages with the words “love everyone” and “all positive vibes”.
Kanye and Drake have battled privately over matters not involving Kim.
Drake is even said to have “beefed up” his security at his Los Angeles home as Kanye lives nearby, with two bodyguards keeping watch out the front of his house.
Last month Kanye posted about what he claimed were “threats” against him made by Drake.

He tweeted: “So Drake if anything happens to me or anyone from my family you are the first suspect so cut the tough talk.”
Kanye previously wrote: “Drake called trying to threaten me.”
Kim even got involved in the dispute, tweeting to Drake: “Never threaten my husband or my family. He paved the way for there to be a Drake.
“My husband is the most brilliant person, the most genius person that I know. He has broken so many boundaries, everything from music, stage design, fashion and culture and will continue to change the world.”
