ANGRY Chas Dingle fires homeless Bob Hope from the Woolpack in tonight's Emmerdale.
The grieving landlady is left furious when she catches Bob sleeping in the cellar.
She offers to help get Bob back on his feet, but he lashes out - and claim that he is the one who's been keeping the pub in business as Chas mourns the death of her baby.
He accuses Chas and Charity of sitting around and doing nothing while he does all the work - and it doesn't go down well.
She tells Bob he no longer has his job in the pub, meaning he now has nowhere to stay.
And it's just the start of Bob's problems, as he'll end up having to sleep on a park bench.
The cold weather takes its toll and he is found unconscious on the bench by vicar Harriet Finch.
Harriet is left screaming for help as she struggles to wake Bob up after realising something was amiss.
Calling for an ambulance she tells the operator she can't feel a pulse before adding: "It's my friend, he's been outside perhaps all night.
"He's blue and he's cold."
Bob's problems started after he was kicked out of the B&B by Eric Pollard after he fails to pay his bill again.
He manages to borrow his ex-wife Brenda's car to sleep in but is later left without anywhere to go when she asks for the keys back, forcing him to sleep rough outside.
The freezing temperatures look set to cause serious strife for Bob, with him being left battling to survive as he has ever since giving his business to Brenda after cheating on her with Laurel.
Laurel soon realised she had made a mistake getting with Bob and dumped him, kicking him out and leaving him high and dry.
