Emmerdale fans convinced Andy Sugden is returning after shock mention
The farmer left to go on the run after being framed for shooting Lawrence White and stabbing Chrissie
EMMERDALE viewers are convinced Andy Sugden is set to make a bombshell return.
The farmer - who is played by actor Kelvin Fletcher in the ITV soap - left to go on the run after being framed for shooting Lawrence White and stabbing Chrissie.
His brother Robert helped him flee with a fake passport and the warring duo finally put all their decades' long hatred behind them.
But in tonight's episode Robert tried to manipulate Ellis into getting rid of his brother Billy by telling him all about his past with Andy.
He even twisted the truth and pretended Andy was the one to sleep with his wife before their wedding, even though it was Robert who slept with Katie.
And the repeated mentions of Andy convinced viewers that he's about to make his long-awaited comeback to the village.
One wrote: "Oh my god is Andy coming back #Emmerdale"
A second said: "Robert and Victoria talking about Andy in tonight’s episode got me missing @kelvin_fletcher #bringbackandysugden #Emmerdale"
Another added: "The mention of Andy #emmerdale"
A fourth commented: "Andy really needs to come back to @ITV @emmerdale @kelvin_fletcher"
Actor Kelvin McKenzie left the show to chase other roles and his passion of car racing.
He recently was revealed to be taking part in the next series of ITV's The Real Full Monty.
