DOG the Bounty Hunter is celebrating becoming a great-grandparent with his wife Beth as she continues her gruelling cancer battle.
The American reality TV stars welcomed some happy news after 51-year-old Beth's throat cancer returned.
Duane Chapman, 66, revealed she had undergone emergency surgery in Los Angeles at the end of last year after find out it was back - and had spread to her lungs.
Beth told fans on Instagram: "My first great grand baby he’s adorable and he’s precious and he came 5 weeks early to meet me.
"@dakotadog808 Nothing more beautiful or inspiring than the birth of a new baby.
"A new Generation Of Chapman’s you will be an amazing father I’m very proud of you.
"Congratulations @lelandbchapman on the birth of your first Grand baby. It just gets better."
The baby's father is her 23-year-old grandson Dakota who welcomed his newborn son in a Honolulu, Hawaii hospital.
Duane shared his grandson's post as he lay with his newborn on his chest.
Dakota said: "My beautiful son... words can’t express how much I love you.
"You are absolutely precious and perfect in every way your daddy loves you so so so much you have changed my world.
"Nothing more powerful than the mana me and you share as you lay on my chest and we become one."
Last week Beth was in Los Angeles where she received treatment for her throat cancer.
She has started chemotherapy despite already returning to work as the famous crime-busting duo with husband Duane.
In between treatments, 51-year-old Beth has been recuperating at the pair's home in Colorado.
