OSCAR nominee Richard E. Grant takes the bus and tube every day.
The Londoner, 61, revealed he uses public transport when travelling from his home in Richmond, where he has lived for 35 years.
He said: “[I use the] bus and Tube every day using my coveted Oyster Freedom Pass, due to my vast vintage.”
Richard, nominated for Best Supporting Actor in drama Can You Ever Forgive Me?, added he would “offer free bus and Tube travel” if he were Mayor of the capital.
Discussing life in London with ES Magazine, the Swazi-English star said a cabbie once mistook him for Oz actor Geoffrey Rush, 67.
The Downton Abbey star added he would like to be buried, “As ashes in a fireworks rocket, aimed at the Moon, and ignited on Richmond Bridge, please.”
