DANCING ON ICE star Melody Thornton has received urgent treatment from a chiropractor after suffering a nasty fall during rehearsals.
The Pussycat Dolls singer is hoping to make a speedy recovery in order to perform in tomorrow night's live show.
34-year-old Melody was filmed visiting a chiropractor who did an assessment of the star's upper spine and head movements.
The star grimaced in pain as the medical expert tested her muscle reflexes before deciding if she's in condition to perform tomorrow.
A spokesman for Dancing on Ice has confirmed that Melody is "now being constantly monitored ahead of the live show."
The US star smiled through the pain yesterday as she told fans she's trying to stay positive through the ordeal.
Speaking on Instagram, she said: "I can hardly use my arms at all, which is great, because who needs arms when you're ice skating?
"I'm working on staying positive and am trying to find a way of getting through this performance on Sunday."
A show insider told The Sun Online: "Melody's been really shaken up by the fall.
"Her chin took the brunt of the fall with her partner then crashing into her, leaving her in a lot of pain."
Last week Melody became the first contestant to perform the death-defying headbanger on her way to topping the leaderboard with an impressive 32.5.
She's the latest celeb to suffer a serious injury in rehearsals after Brian McFadden dislocated his shoulder and Ryan Sidebottom missed last week's show with a Grade one adductor strain.
Meanwhile Gemma Collins was lucky to avoid serious injury when she fell face first on the ice during her televised performance.
