Emmerdale spoilers: Ellis Chapman tries to murder brother Billy Fletcher after furious row

ELLIS Chapman has murder in mind in Emmerdale next week when he tries to kill his brother Billy Fletcher following a furious row over Victoria Sugden.

The tension between the warring brothers comes to a head after little April Windsor spots Ellis in the shop and tells him she misses him.

Ellis and Billy’s mum, Jessie Grant, becomes determined to bring the family back together despite her sons still being at loggerheads.

She encourages Billy to come along with her and Marlon to the Bear Wolf meet and greet, but is horrified when Billy is aggressive to Frank Clayton after he bumps into him.

Billy – played by Jay Kontzle - opens up to his mum and confesses he’s struggling to come to terms with his temper following his time in prison.

And it’s not long before things get even worse between the brothers when Ellis spots Billy talking to his girlfriend Victoria at the pub.

Having failed to keep a date with Vic the previous night, Ellis thinks Billy’s making a move on her and furiously chases him.

Outside the pub, Ellis - Asan N’Jie - threatens Billy, warning him to keep away from Victoria. Before long their fists are flying.

A worried Victoria calls Jessie as the fight between the brothers gets even more heated.

The fight escalates and Ellis ends up stealing keys to a van which he drives right towards his brother.

Billy stands his ground in front of the accelerating van, but Ellis shows no sign of slowing down.

Horrified, Victoria watches as Ellis continues to speed towards Billy, still showing no sign of stopping or swerving.

Will Ellis’ anger towards his brother lead to him ending up in prison himself?
