GEMMA Collins revealed she's lost a staggering 2.5stone in weight during her time on Dancing On Ice and admits Jason Gardiner's hurtful 'body-shaming' comments left her embarrassed.
The 37-year-old said she regrets her furious spat with Jason in which she repeatedly branded him 'boring' after he said in an interview her partner Matt Evers wouldn't be able to lift her.
Speaking on today's This Morning, just hours after her exit from the show, Gemma said: "He's there to do his job. I was fine with what he was saying about my skating. I didn't like it when he body-shamed me because that hurt me and I felt embarrassed, that's why I attacked back.
"We all knew I'd never be able to be lifted. I was just out there doing my thing. I would have loved to have been spun around for a count of eight."
And after telling hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield about her impressive weight loss, Gemma vowed to keep it up.
"I will 100 per cent keep up with the fitness," she said. "I feel so much better. I can just move a lot more. I can do my shoes up.
"I had about three tyres round my middle and they've gone. I'm still a bigger girl, but when I got on the scales I was shocked."
The GC encouraged bosses to sign up boyfriend James 'Arg' Argent for next year's show.
She called her man her 'hardest taskmaster' during her stint on the show and wants him to see just how difficult it is to learn to dance on the ice.
Gemma was voted off Dancing on Ice last night after admitting she "really needed to go".
The Towie star had a dramatic few weeks but finally found herself in the skate off against Ryan Sidebottom.
Before she had even taken to the ice for a second time, she started to say her goodbyes, saying: "Do you know what, sometimes you have got to admit you're not the best and let the best move on.
"But I did really enjoy tonight."
After her routine, she added of her save me skate: "We haven't practised it for weeks so sorry about that.
"I feel really bad, Saira [Khan] went last week.
"I really need to go now, I'm exhausted as well."
After cricketer Ryan had skated, the ice panel unanimously voted to save him and send Gemma home.
Jason Gardiner, said: "It is very easy to say this, and it gives me great pleasure to say I'll be saving Ryan and Brandee."
But Ashley Banjo praised her efforts, adding: "Outside of the competition you have to deal with some real rubbish online so well done for dealing with all that."
Gemma thanked him as she stood alongside her pro partner Matt Evers and admitted it was time to "bow out gracefully."

She said: "I've had fun. I had a bit of like intuition and I did say tonight's my night and that's why I'm just going to come out and have fun.
"I just want to bow out gracefully now. It's time to let them all go on. I wish them all the best of luck; they work so hard."
But ever honest, when Holly asked if she would keep skating, Gemma said: "Probably not no, but you know what? I have enjoyed working on my fitness."
