KIM Kardashian strapped her boobs into a bizarre dress that left nothing to the imagination as she stepped out in Los Angeles last night.
The reality star, 38, wore the barely there outfit as she left The Avalon in Hollywood alongside hair stylist Chris Appleton.

Kim - who presented a gong at The Hollywood Beauty Awards - also posted pictures of her outfit to Twitter, where it got a mixed response from fans.
One wrote: "Usually think you can do no wrong but this dress was a mistake!"
Another said: "Beautiful dress, wrong boobs."
A third said: "wow this is a LOOK!"

Another commented: "From the hair, to the dress, to the heel, to the beautiful home. Mrs.West really got it going on huh?"
Kim's latest outing comes after she recently insisted - once again - that she hasn't had a nose job - instead blaming child birth for changing her looks.
She has for years been accused of having rhinoplasty- but she is adamant she hasn't been under the knife, saying her "real features" started to emerge after welcoming North and Saint.
She said: "I never had my nose done.

"Pictures, I swear, I look at them and would be like, 'Wow, the bump looks so much bigger in some pictures than in others".
And Kardashian was last left stunned by husband Kanye West on Valentine's Day, with the romantic rapper filling their living room with single roses.
As if that wasn't enough, he also hired musician Kenny G to peform for the mother-of-three.
