Khloe Kardashian 'has broken up' with Tristan Thompson after she found out he allegedly cheated on her with Kylie Jenner's best friend.
Tristan "snuggled up" with Jordyn Woods at a house party on Sunday - spelling the end of the relationship, according to TMZ.
The 34-year-old reality star is said to have broken off the relationship "immediately" after finding out.
Tonight, Khloe responded to the claims by sharing a series of 'talking head' emojis on Instagram below one social media account's take on the story.
Meanwhile, her best friend Malika Haqq wrote: "STRONG FACTS."
Jordyn has been a close friend of the Kardashian-Jenner family for years and has even modelled for Khloe's Good American clothing line.
TMZ explained: "Witnesses tell us Tristan and Jordyn were all over each other making out. We're told Khloe found out and immediately broke things off with the NBA player."
They said a source had revealed: "She has had enough", adding: "Khloe and Tristan are done."
Tristan tweeted that the reports are "FAKE NEWS" before swiftly deleting the post.
The 27-year-old basketball star has been accused of cheating before - shortly before Khloe was due to give birth to their daughter True.
The pair's relationship was first rocked in April last year, when Tristan was accused of cheating on Khloe just days before the blonde beauty gave birth.
Khloe allowed her partner to be in the delivery room to welcome baby True in spite of the reports, and the couple ended up remaining together.
