Khloe Kardashian ended her relationship with the NBA star after he "admitted" to cheating on her with family friend Jordyn Woods
KIM Kardashian has confirmed her sister Khloe Kardashian is now single after Tristan Thompson cheated on her.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star publicly announced her 34-year-old sibling is a "single mom", and now the sole breadwinner for her daughter True, after it emerged the 27-year-old basketball player cheated on her with Jordyn Woods.
A video emerged of Khloe attending an event for clothing label Pretty Little Thing in West Hollywood just days after Tristan's infidelity emerged, which he is believed to have admitted to his partner.
Khloe put on a brave face as she made her way to the fashion bash with her best friend Malika Haqq for support.
The star's outing saw social media users question why Khloe was out in public after the heartbreaking ordeal, which Kim was quick to respond to.
She tweeted: "Would you prefer she lose the money too? A single mom has to work too boo!"
Kim, 38, went on to defend the Good American founder and hailed her an independent female who is "not waiting on anyone to pay her bills".
She continued: "This was a professional commitment planned far in advance and you better believe she is not waiting on anyone to pay her bills or provide for her daughter. PERIOD!!!"
Kim's outburst comes shortly after Khloe posted several cryptic messages on her Instagram Story.
The first read: "The worst pain is gettin hurt by a person you explained your pain to”, while another read: “Somebody needs to hear this… That betrayal was your blessing!!!”
A third added: “If they ask you about me, tell them: ‘She was the only person that loved me with honesty, and I broke her.'”
Khloe has taken Tristan back before, when he was caught cheating with a number of women just days before she gave birth to their daughter True last year.
But this time is different, as the beauty has since deleted Tristan as a contact on Instagram.
The mother-of-one has recently confronted Tristan about the allegations, which he is said to have admitted.
Although Khloe was suspicious about her ex-partner, she never thought Jordyn would be the one to betray her.
Jordyn and Tristan recently hooked up at a house party, but it has since been reported by that the affair had been going on for weeks.
