Linda Robson spotted with husband Mark Dunford for the first time since police were called to her home over her ‘erratic behaviour’
The actress is on the mend after things 'got a bit much' over the festive period
LINDA Robson was spotted with husband Mark Dunford for the first time since police were called to their home because of her "erratic behaviour" last month.
The Loose Women star, 60, puffed on a cigarette as she spent the day with her long-time spouse - after saying she'd kicked the habit for health reasons in a 2016 interview.
The couple appeared to have been on a shopping trip as they hopped out of the car with a number of carrier bags.
Mark has no doubt been supporting Linda after her friends and family dialled 999 fearing she was having a meltdown last month.
The Sun revealed police officers raced to the Loose Women's star's house twice in two weeks.
Linda, 60 — who has spoken of suffering with anxiety and recently shocked viewers with her dramatic weight loss — is now said to be on the road to recovery.
A source said the star was not sleeping well over the stressful festive season.
They added: “It all got a bit too much for Linda and the family, and that’s why they called in police and experts.
“The family reached breaking point as Linda’s behaviour was becoming a bit erratic.
"They were worried she might hurt herself.”
The Birds of a Feather star's decision to take up smoking again might come as a surprise to some as she revealed she had gone years without a cigarette in a previous Mirror interview.
She estimated she smoked around 20 cigarettes a day starting from when she was around 12 but curved the habit at the age of 34 after a series of family health scares.
Linda's mum Rita had two smoking-induced heart attacks and her dad Bobby died from lung cancer.
She admitted she'd stayed off cigarettes until her 50th birthday but took up a 40-a-day habit just a week later.
